Intellectual property
The ImmiPractice name, logo, website design and content belong to ImmiPractice. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page.
No government affiliation
ImmiPractice is independent software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, immigration authority or regulatory body.
Free trial, payments and refunds
Every new business can try ImmiPractice free for 14 days, with no credit card, so you can confirm it fits your practice before you pay.
- No refunds after payment. Because the free trial lets you evaluate ImmiPractice before any purchase, payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions, lifetime access, add-ons and partly used billing periods.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; no credit or pro-rated refund is given for unused time.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us within 30 days and we will correct it.
- Applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website content.
