Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information ImmiPractice (“ImmiPractice”, “we”) collects through this website and how we use it. Client data that our customers store in the ImmiPractice application is covered by our agreements with those customers and summarised below.

Information collected on this website

  • Demo and contact forms: name, business email, mobile number, firm, role, country, team size and your message. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up about ImmiPractice.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies: this website sets a session cookie only to protect forms against forgery. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising and show relevant ads on Meta platforms; it records page visits and whether a demo or contact request was sent. We use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and records how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps) so we can improve the site; text typed into form fields is masked. These tools do not receive anything you type into our forms.

Please do not send passport details, immigration case facts or other sensitive personal data through the website forms.

Information in the ImmiPractice application

Our customers (immigration businesses) control the client data they store in ImmiPractice. We process it on their instructions to provide the service, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. Access controls, private file storage and audit trails are described on our security page.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and service (for example hosting, email delivery and payment processing through Stripe), when required by law, or with your consent.

Retention

We keep demo and contact requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above.
