ImmiPractice builds client agreements from your own templates with merge fields filled from the case. You place signature, initial, date, name, text and acknowledgement fields, send a secure signing link, and the client signs by typing, drawing or uploading a signature. Every view, reminder, signature and expiry is written to an audit trail, and the executed agreement is available as a PDF.

Automatic follow-up
Unsigned links get reminders at the interval you choose, up to a maximum; links past their deadline are marked Expired.

No. Signing is built into ImmiPractice. Check the e-signature requirements that apply to your jurisdiction and regulator for your specific agreements.
Can I change a template after agreements were sent?
Yes. Templates are versioned, so existing agreements keep the version they were created from.
